To prepare the Chili Con Carne (Slow food style 6 hours) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The day before: Beef, a couple of coarsely chopped chili, a couple of coarsely chopped garlic and the beer are put to pull overnight.
Casserole, cumin, cinnamon and cooking oil are cooked in a pan.
Beer and the wine are said from what stood overnight and poured out.
The meat is added to the pan with the Tequila. The alcohol is boiled off.
When it no longer smells the spirit add the remaining ingredients cut roughly EXCEPT the beans, which are first added later. The fresh tomatoes can be advantageously blanched and peeled off before they are chopped roughly.
Put the saucepan in the boil and simmer for 6-7 hours until the meat has been completely chopped.

Add to the beans 1 half an hour before serving and make the final cooking with salt, pepper and possibly. Chili if it is desired stronger.
Just before serving, the soup is taken away and thrown away.
tips:
You can either serve bread or rice. Or both. It is highly recommended to put a little cremefraiche on as it softens the immediate chile effect.
