1tspCoriander
1tspMarjoram, dried
100gCottage cheese or 50 g parmesan
2Onion
200gMangold or spinach/cabbage
250gChickpeas
30gButter
500gSquash or pumpkin

Instructions for Chickpeas with cottage cheese

To prepare the Chickpeas with cottage cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soak the peas overnight. Boil them tenderly for approx. 60 min.

Chop chopped onion, squash and mangold in butter. Add half of the chickpeas and 2 dl of boiling water. Find the rest of the chickpeas in a meat chopper or blender and add the dish together with the spices. Add the apple juice and simmer until it is mixed well. Take the pot of the heat and stir the cottage cheese. As an option to the dish, serve flutes and fresh bean sprouts.
