Instructions for Chickpeas soup 03
To prepare the Chickpeas soup 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chickpeas for at least eight hours. Bring them to boil in broth or water with a little salt.
Remove the foam formed on the surface with a spoon.
Add onions, garlic, tomatoes and rosemary / sage and let it boil softly for a few hours.
Remove rosemary / sage twig and blend the rest with a rod blender or in aperture.
Bring the puree back into the pan and bring it to a boil again.
Cut the strip paste into pieces (lay on a spoon) and add to the boiling puree. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
Put the soup in plates and spoon with olive oil.
tips:
Tip: Chickpeas can be advantageously cooked and frozen in appropriate portions. With such a serving, the cooking time can be reduced to 20-60 minutes. Chickpeas are soaked overnight and boiled for a couple of hours after which they are frozen in buckets - ready for use. These chickpeas also make a healthy contribution to Spaghetti with Kødsovs as accessories along with other cooked vegetables.
