Instructions for Chickpea soup

To prepare the Chickpea soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the chickpeas in soft overnight. Peel celery and parsley. Chop onion, celery and parsley well. Cut the meat into cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sprinkle onion, parsley and celery for 5 minutes. Without it getting brown. Add beef. Stir well while flesh and vegetables brune. Add tomatoes, water, salt and pepper and turmeric which dissolves in a little water. Pour the chickpeas and cook the soup under the lid until the chickpeas are tender, about 30-40 minutes. Stir the flour into a little water and peel the jelly into the soup. Let it boil and season with salt and pepper.
