To prepare the Chicken with smoked cheese and steamed vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rub the chicken inside with salt.

Mix rygeosten with chopped parsley, chives, salt and pepper fintsnittet. Steamed vegetables: cut the carrots into long oblique pieces. Spring onions and asparagus cut into approx. 5 cm pieces on the bias. Cut the cabbage into quarters.

Put the carrots in a sauté pan or a large saucepan. Favor butter over and sprinkle with Tarragon and 1 teaspoon. salt. Pour 1 dl. water at and put tætssluttende lay on. Set the pan over strong heat in 3 minutes.

Add the onion, asparagus and cabbage and steam another 5 minutes. Beware that not all moisture steams when add extra moisture.

Serve with new potatoes.
