twigsFlat-leaf parsley
Pepper
Salt
1Green bell pepper cut into strips
1canChopped peeled tomatoes (400 g)
1tspLime juice
1tspOlive oil
15Black olives u/stone
2Green chili sliced into thin slices
250gSpinach pasta
4Chicken breasts (á approx. 80 g. without skins)

Cut each of the breasts in four pieces. Heat the oil in wok or large frying pan. Meat, chilli and paprika fried in it about 5 mins. or to the meat is browned. Lime juice, tomato and olive stirred in. Seasoned and cooked further by between heat in about 15 mins. In the meantime boil the pasta al dente. Let the pasta drain and place on preheated plates and then pour chicken mixture over and garnish, if desired. with parsley sprigs.
