To prepare the Chicken w/Rosemary & tarragon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share the chicken in the thighs, thighs, wings and breast. Blame the pieces under water. Mix the oil with Rosemary, tarragon, chopped parsley and salt + pepper. There must be lots of herbs in. brush the chicken with the oil beneath the skin and possibly. also upstairs. Brush also the other side of the chicken. Put the chicken pieces in a baking dish with a little liquid in the bottom, and put the pieces with the skin side down. Put foil over. The oven is put on it you wont FRY your chicken, and the chicken fried in a 35-40 minutes. After the 35-40 minutes takes you chicken out, turning the pieces of (brush them again if necessary) and the skin is facing up. Put the foil over and got the chicken into the oven to the almost finished (40-45 minutes. When the chicken is done, open the oven ajar, and says such in 5-10 minutes, and so are the chicken ready to be eaten! Super delicious dish! Serve with rice and a good salad.
