Ingredients for Chicken/spinach lasagna

250gEntire-leaved spinach, frozen

Instructions for Chicken/spinach lasagna

To prepare the Chicken/spinach lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slice the chicken slices/dices and sauté them-possibly with curry and chili. Onion and garlic cut into small pieces, and add when the chicken begins to take suit. There FRY until chicken is done.

Mushroom chopped or cut into strips and fry with. Add the chopped tomatoes and the frozen spinach. When the spinach is melted in the mixture, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let the mixture simmer for something that væden has disappeared.

While bechamelsovsen made: melt butter and flour to the suit. Stir smooth no one out and add milk as needed, to the sauce gets a sufficiently thick consistency. Season with salt and nutmeg.

Pour a little of the chicken/tomato/spinach mixture in the bottom of a baking dish and then a layer of lasagna sheets came over, then met another layer chicken/tomato/spinach etc. Exit with bechamel sauce on top and possibly a little grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
