Instructions for Chicken Roast with sour
To prepare the Chicken Roast with sour recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the chicken and remove the skin. Place it in a heat-proof dish and rub it in a bit of lemon juice mixed with a little of the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Put the chicken in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for over a hour. Turn it along the way and give the extra lemon juice and oil.
Boil the potatoes in salted water.
Cut the cucumber into long thin strips and put them in a sidestep marinade of vinegar, honey, chopped chilies, a little salt and pepper. Let it soak a little and serve it all hot.
