Instructions for Chicken Pie with broccoli
To prepare the Chicken Pie with broccoli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Came the flour in a bowl, cut the fat into cubes and grind it into flour. Add salt and Quark and knead the dough together. Layer the dough to rest in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
Filling: slice the chicken meat into small cubes. Part broccolien into small bouquets. Make leek and cut it into strips. Saute the leeks and broccoli in the fat. Inserts peberfrugten into cubes.
Roll the dough out. Line pie dish approx. 27 cm in diameter with it and prick the bottom with a fork.
Behind the pie bottom on a grate at the bottom of a 200 degrees C hot oven for about 15 minutes. In an hot air oven at 175 degrees C approximately in 20 minutes.
Put the vegetables in the bottom, and the chicken above.
Whip the eggs with milk, curds, salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the mold.
Sprinkle the cheese over.
Behind the pie on a rack in the middle of a 200 degrees C hot oven 30 minutes. In an hot air oven at 175 degrees C ca. 35 minutes.
Server the pie warm with slices of tomatoes or peppers.
