Instructions for Chicken mushroom soup
To prepare the Chicken mushroom soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the mushrooms in soft in cold water for approx. 15 min. And then discard the water. Chop the garlic and ginger fine. Heat the oil in a saucepan and season garlic and ginger for approx. 2 min. Cut the chicken fillets into thin strips and sauté them with the spices until golden. Add broth and mushrooms. Boil the soup for 10 minutes. And add whole spring bulbs. Season with salt, pepper and fish sauce and serve the soup.
