1 | tbsp | Finely grated onion |
1 | dl | Milk |
1 | pinch | Pepper |
2 | tsp | Salt |
3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Minced chicken meat |
Instructions for Chicken meatballs for soup
To prepare the Chicken meatballs for soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead the chopped chicken with salt and pepper.
Add chili, onion, flour, egg, milk and egg white.
Knead the dough together and simmer for 15-30 minutes.
Bring some low salted water or soup from chicken boil to a boil in a pan.
Remove it from heat.
Form small buns of dad with a teaspoon.
