Pepper

20gWheat flour
250gKyllingeinderfilet
4dlMilk
450gChopped spinach (bought frozen)
750gMixed root vegetables

Instructions for Chicken in spinach with root vegetables

To prepare the Chicken in spinach with root vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel root vegetables and cut them into thin spells.
Put them on a piece of baking paper in a refractory dish.
Pour oil over.
Sprinkle salt and thyme over.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 210 degrees C. alm. oven.
Pour spinach into a door layer and squeeze as much of the liquid as possible.
Stir the flour into the milk.
Pour the mixture into a pan and warm it up.
Cut the chicken egg fillets into a 2 cm tern.
When the milk mixture boils, add the chicken.
Boil for 5 minutes under constant stirring.
Turn the flask down to the lowest temperature and simmer while the root vegetables are baking. (Touch it every five minutes approximately.)
When it is 5 minutes left until the root crops are finished add the spinach to the pot.
Season with salt, pepper and muskat.
Turn the flare up and warm it all through.
