To prepare the Chicken in peppersauce with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion and garlic nicely.
Clean the 2 peppers and cut them in oblong strips of approx. 3-4 mm thickness.
Peel carrots and cut them in elongated slices of approx. 4 mm thickness and divide each in 2 lengthwise.
Cut cucumber or squash in elongated slices of approx. 4 mm thickness and divide each in 2 lengthwise.
Cut half of the broccoli in bite size.
Cut the tomatoes into small boats. Each boat no more than 5 mm thick.
Cut the chicken fillets into oblong strips of approx. 5-6 mm thickness.
Pour olive oil into a larger pan and warm. When the oil is warm the chopped onions are switched. After approx. 30 seconds add the peppers and continue for 30 seconds. Add the chicken. Just give it a little suit on each side without frying it finished or dry. Add a little more oil if the forehead is dry. Add flour and stir well while the flour is shaken for a little while.
Add tomato sauce and pepper and stir for approx. 30-60 seconds. Add water, broth dice, water from the glass with mushrooms and bring the simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn on the oven if moving must be lounged.
About 10 minutes before the dish is "simmered": steam and broccoli respectively carrots, so there are still "bites" in them. Typically an approx. 5 minutes.
Take about 5 minutes before the dish is simmered: Bring 12 dl of water in boil and add 8 dl of rice. Bring the boil and turn down (where the rice still boils) for 11 minutes (or until water is gone). When the eleven minutes have elapsed, the rice is removed from the heat, but should rest for 11 minutes before eating.
(This is based on ordinary parboiled rice).
Add the cream, salt, pepper, basil and bring the dish to boil.
Put in the oven.
Add tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, champions and cucumbers.
The dish is finished after cooking for a few minutes.
tips:
To save calories, the common whipped cream can be replaced with, for example, Food Cream, DDV Yogurt, or Cremefine.
