Instructions for Chicken cordon bleu
To prepare the Chicken cordon bleu recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, as follows: Cut from the side of the chicken breast right through the flesh, but not completely cut through. Put slice of cheese and 1/2 1/2 slice of ham in the pocket of each piece of meat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and flip them first in the beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Warm 2 tsp. oil up in a frying pan and Brown chicken breasts on one side.
