0.5 | dl | Chopped scallions |
0.5 | dl | Minced parsley |
0.5 | Onion, chopped | |
1 | Eggs | |
1 | dl | Bread crumbs |
1 | tsp | Olive oil |
1 | dl | Crumbled feta cheese |
1 | tbsp | Water |
2 | clove | Garlic, pressed |
250 | g | Spinach |
8 | Thinly sliced chicken breast (about 400 g) |
Instructions for Chicken breast with spinach & amp; Fat filling
To prepare the Chicken breast with spinach & amp; Fat filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
The oven must be preheated. Set to 180 c.
The oil is heated in a pan. Then add onion, garlic and spring onion.
Stir these together for one minute and then add spinach, parsley and salt & amp; pepper. Stir for a minute or until the mixture is hot.
Remove the mix from the heat and mix the feta cheese into.
Place about 1/2 dl vegetable / cheese mixture in the middle of a piece of chicken breast and fold it together.
Whip egg and water together in a bowl of a little salt. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl and then dip a chicken roll into the egg mixture and roll it into the breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bag them for 25 minutes or until they are pierced.

Super delicious Italian dish! My mother often made it to the whole children's flock when we were just a group of spelled jellyfishers. About 1 piece of chicken per person.
