To prepare the Chicken breast with herb sauce and fried potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chicken: Lightly grease with oil, sprinkled with salt and pepper. Put in greased baking pan with the breast side down. FRY in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 min. Chicken turn over and FRY further 45 min.
The sauce: bring broth to a boil. Stir in cream, sour cream and cornstarch together and stir it in. Add spices and mustard and cook the sauce through. Season with salt and pepper.
Potatoes: Garlic and onions Sauté lightly on the forehead in the oil. Potatoes into cubes, add. The potatoes should be fried on highest heat with plentiful oil and one part salt-in 20-30 my.
