1 | small | Onion, chopped |
1 1/4 | dl | Chicken broth |
1 1/4 | dl | White wine |
1 1/4 | dl | Svedskesauce |
1500 | g | Chicken, cut up |
2 | small | Red peppers in large cubes |
2½ | dl | Chickpeas, soaked overnight |
250 | g | Salami cut into 1 ½ cm sized cubes |
3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
440 | g | Peeled tomatoes from the Tin |

To prepare the Chicken and chickpeas in spicy tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pot. Brown the chicken pieces 3-4 minutes until they are golden on all sides. Take them out of the grydem and let them drip onto greasy paper. Bring onions and peppers into the pan and turn the onions into color and soft. Add tomatoes, sweetened sauce, wine and broth. Let it simmer 10 minutes without lid. Put the chicken pieces in the pan, put chickpeas in and lay on the lid. Let the simmer simmer for 1 hour or until chicken and chickpeas are tender. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the dish into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the salami and cook the dish for 5-7 minutes in the oven or until the salad is crisp.
