180 | g | Jyttemel from irma (gluten-free melblanding) |

5-7 | tbsp | Whole milk (økomælk) |
80 | g | Butter |

To prepare the Cherry cake (Czech) Bublanina recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough can be made in a blender. Butter & amp; Sugar blends into the blender. Blend the egg yolks in one at a time and then alternately milk and flour mixed with baking soda. Whip the whites very rigid (it requires dry tools) and gently mix them in the dough. The dough is spread in a greased form (eg French large tart). The rinsed cherries are dried dry, spread over the dough and immediately place the cake in a preheated oven (180 C) with hot air for approx. 20-25 minutes. Serving: Drys event. With a little flour and serve the cake while still hot.
