To prepare the Cheeseburger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the meat, spices and worcestershiresauce thoroughly in a bowl. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into steaks that match the balls.
Make a grill or skillet ready. Brush grilled grill or pan with a little oil and sprinkle the steaks 4 minutes on each side if they are to be halved, longer if they are to be passed. The steaks must only be turned once.
Just before they are ready, put a slice of cheese on top of each that is allowed to melt.
When the steaks are about to finish, polish the cutting surfaces of the balls and lightly shake.
Distribute the salad leaves on the bottom of the four bowls. Put a steak on each, advantageously cucumber slices, tomato slices, onion rings and ketchup upstairs and put the top of the balls on top.
