If the peaches are from canned dried the with a tea towel or the like. Stir in the fresh cream cheese with cream and sugar. Flavour the curd to medkanel and Carnation. Serve peaches on a plate, and fill the curds in an icing bag and spray it on the peaches in beautiful peaks. Sprinkle with chopped pistacier. Style the glory in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before it is served.
