1psFine peas
1Small bag of shallots
1.75lWater
2.5dlWhipped cream
5Chicken bouillon cubes

Instructions for Champagne Soup

To prepare the Champagne Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

NOTE: START DAY IN THE FORWARD! (Or maybe early in the morning if the soup is to be served in the evening)

Peas, onion, broth and water are boiled for 40 minutes and kept cold overnight.
Mix well and boil, add cream and season with salt and pepper.

Serve in deep bowls and pour a cold squid of champagne into each bowl, just before serving.
