25 | g | Yeast |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Carrot buns 04
To prepare the Carrot buns 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the oven at 200 degrees.
1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the wheat flour.
3. Stir the wheat flour in a little while. Take the dough out on the table and knead thoroughly.
4. Let the dough rest for approx. 5 minutes.
5. Form 10 buns and style them on baking paper. Let them rise for 15 minutes.
6. Pour the balls into the oven and bake them for 20 minutes.
