Instructions for Carbonader with boiled asparagus
To prepare the Carbonader with boiled asparagus recipe, please follow these instructions:
Aspargsene peeled off from the Central mod rod and the bottom tread end broken off. Cut into 2-3 cm lengths and boil approximately 4 -5 min in lightly salted water that just covers.
Asparagus Peel cooked also in salted water in another saucepan.
Carbonader: Meat shaped into carbonader/crebinetter, reversed in egg and bread crumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
Sauce: make a sauce of butter, flour and cooking water from the asparagus and væden from Peel, turn the asparagus b in taste and adjust with salt and pepper.

Tips:
Served with really good brown bread, among other things. to soak up the gravy. Tastes great and you get a very intense asparagus taste in stowage. Is a little expensive but worth the entire budget.
