½ | tsp | Dried oregano |
1 | dl | Chopped peeled tomatoes |
1 | tsp | Salt |
10 | g | Yeast |
150 | g | Mushroom into smaller pieces |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
200 | g | Grated cheese (pizza cheese) |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | stems | Pale celery into small cubes |
3/4 | dl | Whole milk |
3/4 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Calzone with vegetable filling
To prepare the Calzone with vegetable filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun milk and water and stir the yeast in. Add flour, salt and oil and knead the dough lind. Raises approx. 20 min. A steady place before rolling out to 2 pizzas.
