200 | g | Mozzarella cheese |
25 | g | Yeast |
3.5 | dl | Water |
300 | g | Tomato gravy |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Calzone
To prepare the Calzone recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the lukewarm water (approximately 27 degrees C) with yeast and then add all the other ingredients, knead the dough supple. Let dough raise in 1 1/2 hour.
Deploy the dough to the appropriate round shape, spread the filling onto one half, tomato sauce, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Remember to leave a little dough all the way around the edge, so that it can be closed.
Close calzonen by folding the ufyldte portion of the dough on top of the filled portion and then pressure the sides together with your fingers or with a fork.
Place the calzonen on a baking sheet with wax paper. Let the dough after the raise for at least 30 minutes.
Brush calzonen with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. Bake at 250 degrees c. alm. oven in 20-30 minutes or until raised and golden brown.
