Dough: Stir water and yeast together. Add oil, salt and flour and knead the dough well to make it cool. Let the raised joint cover about 1 hour.
Fill: Stir the spinach and squeeze off the wrap. Cut onion and garlic into cubes and season them in a pan in the oil. Add the spinach and the ham cut into strips. Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
Eel the raised dough easily and divide it into 4 servings. Roll each piece into a thin circle.
Distribute spinach to half of each circle. Bring cheese over spinach. Fold the other half over the filling and squeeze the dough well so that the filling does not flow out under the baking. Brush the surface with coiled egg and behind the calzone approx. 20 minutes at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven on the middle oven pan.
