Instructions for Cake with rhubarb

To prepare the Cake with rhubarb recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter, sugar and egg yolks, stirred together. Flour sifted with baking powder and add alternately with milk. The dough spread out in a greased baking pan 38 x 24 cm. Baking time is approx. 30 minutes at 180 degrees c. alm. oven.

Rhubarb is cleaned and cut into slices, put the pre-baked dough, sprinkled with sugar, vanilla sugar and corn flour.

The egg whites whipped stiff, half of the sugar sprinkled in, while still whipping. The rest of the sugar mixed with vanilla and add all at once to the last, and then desiccated coconut is stirred in.

The cake is baked on in about 15 minutes.
