250gBeef, chopped roughly 16% fat
3Puff pastry, plate
35gTomato puree

Instructions for Butterflies with beef

To prepare the Butterflies with beef recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oil is heated in a saucepan, add finely chopped onion and let it fry approx. 2 minutes. Bring the meat to the pot and brown it. Add tomato sauce, spices and water, simmer for approx. 10 minutes (may be made the day before).

When the mixture has cooled, roll out the butter dough. Cut the butter dough into squares. Now there is a spoon in the middle, make a triangle out of each butter dough and peel them with eggs. Press the edges with a fork.

Bake approx. 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
