0.25 | tsp | Chili powder |
0.75 | dl | Plain yogurt |
1 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 | tbsp | Finely chopped ginger |
1 | Whole cinnamon stick | |
1 | kg | Chicken thighs boneless cut into pieces |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1.25 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | tsp | Garam masala |
2 | tbsp | Peanut oil |
2 | tsp | Sweet paprika |
2 | tsp | Ground coriander |
350 | g | Pureed tomatoes |
6 | Cardamom pods crushed | |
60 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Butterchicken 02
To prepare the Butterchicken 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat a wok and add a little oil, brown chicken pieces, if necessary. Of two laps, remove the browned chill pieces.
Dip the heat and add the butter tube garam masala, paprika, coriander, ginger, chilli powder, cinnamon and cardamom in, spice the spices one minute approx. So they become aromatic.
Put the chicken pieces back and stir until the chicken is covered with butter and spices.
Add purified tomatoes and sugar and simmer for five minutes until the meat is tender.
Stir yogurt, cream and lemon juice and simmer for another five minutes until the sauce is uniform.
Served with rice.
