0.75dlPlain yogurt
1tbspLemon juice
1tbspFinely chopped ginger
1Whole cinnamon stick
1kgChicken thighs boneless cut into pieces
1tbspSugar
1.25dlWhipped cream
2tspGaram masala
2tbspPeanut oil
2tspSweet paprika
2tspGround coriander
350gPureed tomatoes
6Cardamom pods crushed
60gButter

Instructions for Butterchicken 02

To prepare the Butterchicken 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat a wok and add a little oil, brown chicken pieces, if necessary. Of two laps, remove the browned chill pieces.
