4 | tbsp | Liquid honey |
4 | dl | Buttermilk |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Sifted spelt flour |

To prepare the Buns with vanilla and honey recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast and stir it into the butter-milk. Add honey and salt and stir into honey is dissolved. Add oatmeal, vanilla and cardamom and stir it together.
