Instructions for Buns / rolls cold-fired
To prepare the Buns / rolls cold-fired recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast into the water. Add oil and salt. Stir the flour for a little while until the dough is empty. Form 12-14 buns and put them on a plate of baking paper. Put on a coat and cool the balls for 8-10 hours.
Take the balls forward and turn the oven on 250 degrees C. Brush the balls with egg whipped egg or milk. Ornaments. With birches.
The balls are baked at 250 degrees C. alm. Oven for 12-15 minutes.
tips:
Cold-fried buns are good as rolls one morning, one knows you get busy. Put them in the evening before and behind them while you're in the bath!
PS: Are you unsure if the bread is baked? Take a bowl (or another bread) and bank at the bottom. Does that sound hollow? - Then it's done!
