160 | g | Rice |
2 | tsp | Curry, mild |
2 | dl | Skimmed milk |
4 | dl | Chicken broth |
400 | g | Pork, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Buns in the carry
To prepare the Buns in the carry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the dad with salt, put the grated onion and the other ingredients and stir well together.
Bring 1 liter of boiled water in a pan. Add 2 tsp salt. With a large teaspoon, meatballs are boiled in the water. About 8 min. Total. Take the balls with a casing and drain them in a sieve.
Chop the chicken and chop it in the oil together with curry. Add broth, ginger, lemon juice and sugar. Cook it together approx. 5 min. Stir the corn starch into the cream and stir in. Taste with salt and pepper.
