To prepare the Buns Diabetes I recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolves in the buttermilk and pour the rest of the ingredients in, hold a little flour and add as needed.
The dough must not be kneaded too much and must be quite soft. The dough rests for 10 minutes.
The dough is knocked down, divided and rolled into buns. Raises for approx. 30 minutes.
Bake at 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees C alm oven.
