Instructions for Bulgur Fantasy salad
To prepare the Bulgur Fantasy salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the bulgus in the salted water.
It takes about 15 minutes, but the water must be boiled away.
Take the saucepan off the heat and cool it for approx. 15 minutes.
You can cool faster if you pour the bulgus into a pipe bowl.
Add the other ingredients where the herbs are washed and chopped / chopped.
The maize must be drained for water, and the garlic may be possible. Replaced by chinese chives.
The Koriander has a very perfumed taste, so it will be individual how much you want to taste.
The olive oil should primarily prevent the bulgur from becoming dry and dull.
When it's all seasoned with salt, pepper and lime, pour it into a salad bowl, and I prefer to serve it while still hot.
