Ingredients for Brunsvir I

150 | g | Butter |
3 | tbsp | Syrup, dark |
3.5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Brunsvir I
To prepare the Brunsvir I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the flour with sugar, salt and cardamom and crumble the butter. Stir the yeast into the lukewarm milk and add it. Peel the dough together and let it rise for approx. 20 minutes.
Pour it to a sphere and let it rest for a few minutes while baking paper in a pan. Then roll the dough to the same size as the frying pan and put it in.
Stir all the ingredients to the filling and spread it in a smooth layer over the cake. Sprinkle a good layer over the whole cake. Let the cake rise while the oven is heated to 175 degrees (hot air 160 degrees).
Bake the cake for approx. 12 minutes. Cut the brownie into square pieces and serve them hot or chilled, but freshly baked.
