Ingredients for Brownies

100 | g | Coarsely chopped Walnut kernels |
160 | g | Soft butter |
2 | Eggs | |
240 | g | Cane sugar |
60 | g | Wheat flour |
70 | g | Dark chocolate (at least 70%) |
Instructions for Brownies
To prepare the Brownies recipe, please follow these instructions:
The oven turns on at 165 degrees c. alm. oven.
The chocolate melted in bowl over the water bath and set aside (cooling). Sugar and butter whipped very thoroughly together (w/electric beater). Add the eggs one at a time while stirring. Flour, cocoa and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix the sifted and stirred in butter the dough a little at a time, along with the melted chocolate. Everything is stirred well and Walnut kernels turned into dough.
Grease a 20 x 30 cm foil tray, and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Excess breadcrumbs tapped by and the dough evenly into the tray.
Bake in the middle of the oven for exactly 30 minutes. Made for cooling. The cake will fall a little ' together ', this is the meaning.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or crème fraîche.
Tips:
Three walnuts amount can be reduced or omitted.
