Ingredients for Brown pie cake

2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |

5 | tbsp | Milk |
Instructions for Brown pie cake
To prepare the Brown pie cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until it is light and airy. Pour the milk into the melted grease and stir it in the egg mixture. Mix flour, baking soda and spices together and stir in the egg mixture. Grease two layers of cake with melted grease and sprinkle them with raspberries.
They should preferably differ in different dimensions eg. 22 and 24 cm. Pour the dough into the molds, whip the egg whites completely stiff and stir the sugar with light hand. For part the meringue dough over the two cake buns and sprinkle chopped nuts over the smallest of the bottom. Behind them - preferably at the same time - for approx. 20 - 25 minutes at 175 degrees.
Lay the bottoms together with apple sauce and lightly whipped cream and make sure that the smallest of the bottoms are placed on top. Instead of using layer cake molds, the cake can be baked in a frying pan on baking paper (measure about 25 x 35 cm.) When the cake is cooled, it is split and assembled as described above.
