2.5dlCream 13%
2.5dlGrated cheese-maker
200gOnion
300gBroccoli
400gPotatoes (peeled and diced: 5 dl)
7.5dlChicken broth

Instructions for Broccoli and potato soup in

To prepare the Broccoli and potato soup in recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the margarine in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion, stirring until they are clear about 3 min. Add garlic and dill, and fry it with ca. 1 min.

Put broccoli (only the bouquets) and potatoes in pan, pour the broth, and bring to the boil. Reduce heat, and simmer partially covered with lid, for the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

Run the soup in food processor until it is uniform in consistency. Pour the soup back into the pot.

Add cream, salt and pepper, and hot through approx. 5 min. stir in 2 cups grated cheese, and stir until it is melted. Pour the soup up the plates, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over.

Serve immediately.
