5 | dl | Cooking water from potatoes |

500 | g | Potatoes |
75 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Broccoli and potato gratin
To prepare the Broccoli and potato gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the potatoes into slices approximately 1 cm thick, white onion cut into thin slices. Boil potatoes and garlic for 10 minutes.
Cook then broccolien shared in bouquets in 3 minutes. Save water.
Put the potatoes in a greased casserole dish and broccolierne as an ornament at the top. Broccolierne may want to. first placed on when gratinen is baked.
Sauce: melt margarine in a saucepan and stir the flour in. Add water little by little and let the sauce cool slightly.
Whisk in the eggs one at a time and then season with a little salt and pepper.
Advantage sauce over potatoes and broccoli and behind gratinen at 200 degrees C alm. oven for about 40 minutes or until it is golden.
Make sure that broccolierne is completely covered by the sauce, otherwise they easily will be black.
