Instructions for Breaded cutlet
To prepare the Breaded cutlet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown pork chops in butter, season with salt and pepper. Let them cool.
Deploy puff pastry, not too thin. Advantage RAUNCHY on koteletterne and place one on each dejplade. Pak puff pastry well on koteletterne and brush with the beaten egg.
Set on wax paper on a plate and bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 30 minutes until the puff pastry is Brown and crispy.
Garnish with watercress and serve with a mixed green salad.
