1 | tsp | Salt |
1.5 | dl | Boiling water |
2 | dl | Grahams |
3 | dl | Hot water |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Breadbread with bran and grahamsmel
To prepare the Breadbread with bran and grahamsmel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring grahamsmel and bran in a bowl, pour the boiling water over. Stir the mixture together and let it stand for a day or night, covered with film and at the kitchen temperature.
Then stir in the warm water and let the mixture be lukewarm before the yeast is crumbled and ejected.
Add salt and most of the flour. Let the dough raise about ½ hour.
Pour it through again on a floured table. Pour the dough into a loaf and put it in a mold or on the plate. Repeats approx. 1 hour.
The bread is baked at 200 degrees approx. 30 min. Until golden.
