Ingredients for Bread Wheels
1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
2 | dl | 5-kornsblanding |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Water |
900 | g | Sifting |
Instructions for Bread Wheels
To prepare the Bread Wheels recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the 5-grain mixture in 3 dl water for approx. 4 min. Water poured into a sieve. Dissolve the yeast by hand hot water. Add oil, honey, salt and 5-grain mix. Stir most of the flour. Eat the rest of the flour for a little while. Good for the dough is blank. Not all the flour may be used. Let the dough raise loose and covered approx. 1 hour. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Vibrate them to 2 long sausages. Roll the dough cookies to a large wheel. Possibly. On a baking sheet clad plate. Or a big pie shape. Cut or cut deep slices in the dough at appropriate intervals. Let the wheel raise for a further ½ hour. Set the oven to 200C. Brush the bread with water. Pour it in the middle of the oven for 30-40 minutes. Let it cool off on a baking tray.
