Ingredients for Bornholmer Hane

100 | g | Bacon, diced |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | clove | Garlic |
200 | g | Field mushroom |
250 | g | Shallots |
5 | dl | Chicken broth |
Instructions for Bornholmer Hane
To prepare the Bornholmer Hane recipe, please follow these instructions:
Divide a bornholmerhane in 6-8 pieces. Brush them in olive oil in a saucepan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pick up the pieces.
Brown 250 g of chopped shallots. Bring them up and shake 100 g of bacon. Pick them up
Pour the grease off, leaving about 1 tbsp left. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour and brown while stirring. Pour ½ chicken stock of (possibly half red wine, half broth). Let the sauce boil and add 2 fat crushed garlic and thyme sauce.
Put the meat back into the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the onions and boil for 10 minutes more to both the tap and the onions are tender.
Shake 200 g of ground beef and butter and let them boil for the last minute. Spread more wine and broth if the sauce is too thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with steamed leeks, potatoes and possibly. Lune baguettes.
