To prepare the Boiled red cabbage for diabetic recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rødkålen chop finely. Juice, vinegar, bay leaf and water is added. The cabbage cooked in about 45 minutes, covered, on low heat. Stir from time to time.
The cabbage season with sweetener, salt and pepper.
Serving: Rødkålen is served as an accompaniment to URf.eks. Roasted duck and ruffle rose.
Tips:
Black currant juice or red currant juice with no added sugar can be used in places of mixed fruit juice. White wine vinegar may be substituted by ordinary vinegar.
