To prepare the Boiled medists with herbal frieze recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rinsed and chopped vegetables are boiled tenderly in salted water. Medists are left to boil on low heat for approx. 8-10 minutes in broth. The bouillons are sieved and medists kept warm. Boil the broth and smooth it with maizena in cold water. Turn all vegetables and finely chopped parsley in and boil lightly. Arrange with medists who are cut into smaller pieces.
