500 | g | Black currant |
50-150 | g | Sugar to taste |
Instructions for Blackcurrant pudding (term)
To prepare the Blackcurrant pudding (term) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Black currant clean rinse and brought to the boil with the water, boil about 5 minutes.
The berries is poured into a sieve and dripping of or pressed through sieve with a spoon.
The juice to the boil and skimmed. Add sugar and boil up and lightly again.
Smooth no is mixed in cold water and add under stirring. Used potato flour so may not cook the porridge because it then becomes "long".
The porridge is poured up, sprinkle with a little sugar so that it does not pull skins and cool.
Serve with milk or cream.
