Instructions for Black pot
To prepare the Black pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is cut into small chops that are lightly knocked with a tied hand. They brown in butter on both sides and put in jam or refractory dish. Chopped onions are shaken. The pot is taken from the heat. Peppers and parsley are added and exchanged for a couple of minutes. Mushrooms are added and shaken until they fall apart. Flaked, split and chopped tomatoes are stirred in. The skimmed-milk is cooked, finally creamed and poured over the chops. Dish or pan is covered with lid and placed in preheated oven 1/2 hour at 175 °.
