1Smoked breakfast sausage into slices (without skins)
1twigThyme (or dried)
1tbspTomato puree
2Onions, diced
2tbspOlive oil
3Red peppers, diced
3.5dlWater
600gPotatoes in slices

Instructions for Bizu pølseret

To prepare the Bizu pølseret recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat oil in a pan and roast peppers and onions, stirring in my 3-4. Add the tomato puree. Mix potatoes and thyme in and pour the water on. Boil gently, covered, in 45 min. Sausage are added to the pieces of the last 5 min. seasoned with salt and pepper. Served with freshly sliced rye bread (possibly mustard)
