To prepare the Birch bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Spread the yeast in a little of the lukewarm milk, then add salt, sugar, the rest of the lukewarm milk and the eggshell egg, and finally sprinkle the flour in a little bit. The dough is well kneaded and raises a groin and covered for 35-40 min. Knead and divide the dough into 4 pieces rolled to sausages that merge into a thick braid. Put on a baking sheet with baking paper. Repeat for 20 min, brush with slightly rushed eggs, sprinkle with birch, and bake on the bottom shelf at 200 degrees for 30-35 min
